Me and my mommy trying my very first Gluten-free Pizza in Grover Beach, CA
I have Celiac Disease. And because i have Celiac Disease, i must adhere to a very strict gluten-free diet for the rest of my poor little life (otherwise my intestines will get these big holes and i will die of malabsorption). Yeah!!! One of the problems that come along with Celiac Disease is infertility. I was definitely infertile, but after being on the diet for a whole year, my body has almost corrected itself, and now i have a little baby growing happily inside. TADA!
So what is gluten-free? I can't have the stuff you normal people eat. No bread, pasta, cereal, cakes, cupcakes, doritos, minute oatmeal, pizza, cream of wheat, or cream of chicken soup. Bummer, i know. Hey, its ok though. As long as this keeps me alive, i'm alright with that:) I've been on this diet for over a year now and i'm doing so well. So how do i like being pregnant without eating pizza? I don't. It's terrible. Nicole told me today of this great recipe for pregnant women: cheesy doritos, tapatio (you non-mexican people prolly don't know what that is), a slice of pickle, and a drizzle of pickle juice at the bottom of the bowl. OOOO, how yummy that sounded today... I need to find a dorito subsitute without wheat... any suggestions?

Ok, the pickle on there just sounds nasty. But I eat Nacho Cheese Doritos, Tapatio and Lemon juice. So...it might be similar. lol. I hope you find a gluten free substitute for Doritos... =0)
Breanna, I'm sorry to say this and I know you're going to kill me but I'm sorry...nothing tops Dino's pizza, can I get an amen?!

I don't know, Breanna... I think I might rather die. LOL j/k You don't understand. I LOVE PIZZA. In fact, I just had Costco pizza for lunch. I like Topper's Pizza the best. But I also like Chi-chi's pizza, Costco pizza, Nick n' Willy's pizza, NYPD pizza, Dino's pizza... Hmm, I could probably think of more. I know this is an incredibly cruel comment so I will just stop right there.
Side note: Have you heard of Elizabeth Hasselbeck of the View (TV Talk Show)? She has Celiac Disease and she just had a baby recently. My brain radar went off when I read that somewhere... *ding ding ding* That's what Breanna has! Anyway, I thought that was interesting. Enjoy the nasty pickle pizza! Don't shoot me dirty looks in church for this comment! :)
Breanna! OMW! I FOUND YOU! like you were lost... lol. Anyways... just catching up on your life.. and see that you can't have cereal. i am going to cry for you. i was thinking the other day of the huge box i got for you for christmas i think.. and stuff. yeah. anyways, good to find you!!
